For the last 4 years, my games have been in what is supposed to be the dining room. It has ugly wood paneling on the walls and super nasty orange shag carpet (its a rental, what can you do?). We have recently relocated our bedroom upstairs and the wife has graciously allowed me to move my games into the space previously occupied by our bedroom stuff (actually part of the living room). The games were too spread out in the other room and were often surrounded by my daughter's toys and assorted other junk. I finally have my own space. Its not huge, by any means but it is my own. I call it "The Crammed In A Cornercade". Its not really that bad, just a little cozy. The walls need some improvement. I want to get some 80's movie or band posters. That should make it a little more arcadey (is that a word?). As for now, I am very happy that I can sit at my cocktail table and feel as though I am in an arcade. Its a great feeling.

It looks great and it definitely has a classic feel to it. Nothing wrong with a crammed-in-the-corner arcade/game room. I am in the same situation right now. I have 4 games crammed in half a bonus room and my projects on one side of the garage. Cheers to small spaces! :)

Looking good. Now you got room for a few more. How about an Asteroids or Space Invaders or maybe Defender, no wait Gorf. Well you better pick. :D

Nice! You've got some very nice looking classic cabs there. What are the dimensions of that space? It's small, but there's still room for more... ;)

the important thing is you have a dedicated arcade space! mine is in my basement and it's nice after a fucked up day or week to retire to the aracde for a few nostolgic moments! good for you!!

Nice games!!! Not so nice carpet, rip that up and put some of the black stick on tiles and would look allot better

Believe it or not, the carpet in the arcade room is wayyyyy better than the orange stuff where they were. I was replacing Ms. Pac's T-molding but you can see what I mean about the carpet. My current available space is about 10X12. Its not too bad but there are a couple of heat vents in the way and the Super Pac cocktail takes up room with the chairs being there and all. I used to have both a Gorf and a Space Invaders (never got it working). I want an Asteroids but have had no luck. I figure I have room for one more game before the wife gets cranky. This room was her idea so I think I will wait a while before pressing my luck at least until the baby is born (4 more months). You know how carrying a whole other person around inside her tends to make a woman just a bit upset.

Well if it's one more game and sense it seem's like you like Pacman then I think a Baby Pac-man would do nicely in that last spot. Video game and pinball all in one. What more could one ask for.:D
