FS Parts: Few PCB's, Soldering & Desoldering, Control Panels and more...

I received what I purchased from him on KLOV back in October.

In November, I won an auction for a red tent control panel he listed on eBay. It was the same one he had previously listed on KLOV.

It never shipped and he never responded to my eBay messages, KLOV PM's or text messages. I never received it and was issued a refund after disputing via eBay. His eBay positive feedback rating is now 63.2%.

Hopefully nothing bad happened to him, but it doesn't take much effort to at least acknowledge a message from someone who has given you their hard earned money.

whelp, no response from the seller, paypal reversed the charges
left several messages just asking to let me know what was going on, nothing
got lucky because I was only given option to send goods & services, otherwise i would have been out the $$$

buyer beware i suppose

I've been in touch with him about purchasing a Nintendo VS control panel. Paid for it on Tuesday. He mentioned he's been out of the country for some time due to a family emergency but is back now. So he might just be trying to get back into the swing of things.

I'll let y'all know my experience soon, so far it's been smooth.

EDIT: I should mention for reference that I have already paid for it, Zelle* (not paypal). Haven't gotten a tracking number yet but it's only been two days. Benefit of the doubt for now!

UPDATE: Haven't heard back from him since the transaction on Tuesday.

Not a good sign.

Update, Feb 12th: nothing. I think I'm screwed.

Lost $160. Buyer beware. It's my fault for going with F&F, but everyone on this site has been helpful and I hadn't been cheated to this point, so I was trusting.

Live and learn.

Sorry to hear you lost money.

Not something you want to hear at this point but it would have only cost you $6 to protect yourself.

Everyone is honest…until they are not.

I'll be adding this seller to my ever-growing block-list.

Sorry to hear it and that I didn't post sooner. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Really doesn't make sense because he's clearly not getting rich by stiffing people for appx $200. My purchase was $175

Appreciate that. I'm not the first and won't be the last though, haha...another user, flex, warned me to be careful. Same kinda stuff has happened to him (although not from this same user)

I know some folks won't sell if it isn't F&F. But honestly it does make more sense to just wait at that point for someone who will.

Leave negative feedback here then. His rating is 94% which is pretty good, right?
Yup. Like IG, I was waiting to give the benefit of the doubt, too. I'm usually not the type of person who reviews something if a product was wrong from, say, amazon, because I generally figure things to be mistake and not bad intent. In this case, and especially without purchasing protection, that's a different story.

Yeah I'm right there with you tbh. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt, too, haha. He talked about losing loved ones and having to deal with flights, etc. so it was a matter of "well, let's give him a moment." Then I saw your post and saw that he told you the same deal with being out of the country a few months back.

In my mind, I heard an "Oh no" in slow motion lol

if I did that type of crap to someone I would really hate for one of the person or persons I sold to to list my address here so that the people I screwed over to have other options to peruse some type satisfaction. Possibly that would motivate one to be more diligent with their sales, regardless of the $ amount. I just got a message from a seller that getting my package in the mail has taken a lower priority to emergencies that came up. But he's advised me about it and happy to work with me. That's all it takes to make a buyer content.

Did you leave negative feedback?

I'm thinking something happened to this person.

The data doesn't compute here. This isn't a typical scamming situation.

Sorry to those who lost money.
I had an issue with this seller long before these members got scammed. I left negative feedback and he did the same, that's my only negative feedback since I joined KLOV. I could post here the private conversations (some of them were concerning to be honest) and create drama but giving the actual events I doubt it's needed. All what I can say is that if anybody got scammed, do the right thing and leave negative feedback.

I agree with you, especially the relatively low amount and prior seemingly positive transactions
although there are also reports of prior issues and in private someone else told me of prior issues but this was after the fact
i dont really have any threads/proof of drama as there has been zero communication from him since the day i told him payment was sent

if there were family issues he could have easily said so, i left a few messages indicating just to let me know what was going on but nothing
the out of the country was just prior to when he returned so he should have been back and engaged upon his return
all he had to do was to say something, let me know stuff was up but then he stiffed another that bought a few days after i reported the problems i was having
not cool at all but do hope everything is ok with his family

looks like @Addicted2Cades is back and posted the following...
he has parts and games 4 sale posts

Ok yall I'm back from all my ordeals and will be cleaning out my junk once again. Yea I was MIA for a while... whoever lives in Massachusetts I want you to know I'm bitter at your state. Fell last winter on a sheet of ice and damn near broke my back. Ugh! 3 surgeries later and here I am. Also I spent a couple months out of the country visiting in laws in case my surgeons killed me.
