So, just picked up the Bob Roberts MVS harness.

Here's the diagram for the harness, just for reference:

Just have a few questions before I start stripping and crimping.

First, The diagram shows the audo + for both channels, and the mono, but it doesen't show a - for the channels. Is there a specific wire it's supposed to ground to?

Also, I'm using the diagrams at HardMVS for a reference on the CP:

CP side:
http://www.hardmvs.com/manuals/MVS-CPWiringMale.pdf

Harness side:
http://www.hardmvs.com/manuals/MVS-CPWiringFemale.pdf

So, the Bob Roberts harness shows two grounds for the player one, but the reference sheet only shows all the grounds tied to one, then going out to the harness. Any reason for this? or should I just pick two of the 4 grounds and tie two to one?

Any help's appreciated. Thanks

To wire the stereo Left and Right channels, just run the R+ and L+ to the speakers, and use a common ground from the cabs wiring. Then just don't wire the Mono+ to anything.

I just checked my 2 slot's player 1 wiring in order to answer your gound question on the player 1 cp wiring. One my 2 slot MVS, which has unhacked original wiring, one of the two grounds going into the player 1 wiring goes directly to the game select button. It doesn't get jumped to any other ground point in player 1's wiring. The other ground wire is jumped to the rest of the grounds.

Hope this helps.
