Anyone have an Atari Asteroids Deluxe manual, 3rd printing? Or an AD cocktail or cabaret 2nd printing (not sure there even was a 2nd printing of these)?

I'm going through my Asteroids Deluxe PCBs and I find I have revision -01, -02 & -03 boards. The Asteroids Deluxe (upright) 1st & 2nd printing and cocktail and cabaret 1st printings only cover the revision 1 & revision 2 boards.

If you have it, would you be willing to either sell it or make a copy, if even just the PCB parts list page (or 2) that covers the -03 revision board?

I searched on-line and can't find anything. I see a 3rd printing of the schematics, but looking for the parts list.
