I have a Wintechno Magical Cat PCB which I suspect has a faulty peel chip. I believe this chip has the copy protection enabled so it cannot be copied.

Any ideas where I could get one from or how to obtain a replacement?

Hi, just some days ago I repaired two Magical Cat Adventure PCBs, same issue, they costantly reset (watchdog active), it was due the FACE graphics ASIC 'FX1037' that needed to be relowed.
At the same time I dumped and reversed the two PALs ('U1' and 'U10) and sent them to Porchy of www.jammarcade.net so you can find the 'U1' dump there.

Anyway, if your board doesn't boot try first to relow that ASIC 'FX1037' and then try my PAL dump , you need to burn the file called 'U1.jed" in a GAL16V8 replacement, this PAL acts as main memory decoder, the other one 'U10' is used to enable the sound of the PCB (so it's useless to you unless you have also sound issues).
Let me know.
