Have a Fast and Furious I've been working on and it's finally time to address the monitor. When the games on I hear a clicking, but don't see anything displayed on the screen. I'm not well versed in monitors, but I pulled the monitor to see if there's any obvious issues I could address. I noticed this video cable was pretty badly burnt up. Any idea what's going on with it? It's an LG a68qgx793x602.

You've described the model number of your tube, not the monitor's chassis. That connector is for the yoke on the tube's neck, if it's that badly burnt up chances are the yoke is not good (test for shorts with a multimeter) and unless you're able to source a replacement your monitor is a dud. Very common issue with D9400s that shipped with later F&F machines, not sure what chassis you have but it could be one of those.
