Fan flow direction

Have all of the fans out of a MT evo unit and replacing them ..... Wondering which is the best way to reinstall them ????? Bottom one obviously blows up to the hdd ........ The one behind the PS and above the MB ??? Better blowing out or in ?????? What are the thoughts from you guys ???

Generally it's fans towards the bottom of a cab blowing in and at the top blowing out since it takes in colder air and expells hot.
