I can't say enough about how patient FalkenZR has been with me. Without getting into too many details, he returned all PMs in reasonable time, we started talking on the phone, and all calls were returned very quickly. I wound up not doing a deal with him, but he's been excellent throughout the entire process, even polite once we didn't come to a deal. He spent an amazing amount of time recording videos, taking pictures, etc. Very awesome throughout the process.

Also, I bought a Raiden II board from FalkenZR a while back. Excellent communication, awesome packaging, and the board worked perfectly when I got it. That was the transaction that started the discussion on the above transaction that didn't work out.
