The only thing that fails on the startup test is the pup-bumper switch. I haven't had a chance to do the more thorough tests yet but thought I'd ask in case it's something obvious or common.

When I fire the game up the knocker bangs 5 or 6 times and then the game starts up and plays fine. Anyone want to clue me on on what this might mean? Thanks!

If i remember correctly, it knocks like that if there is a stuck switch.

+1

I think it is called the Switch Alarm Knocker. It is a feature so that you know there is an issue with the machine when you turn it on. After that, when the displays show FREE PLAY, there is probably a . after the word PLAY. this is caleld the credit dot, and does the same thing.

Could be from a non-workign switch, or a switch that has just not been used in XXX number of games.

It is likely you will find somethign if you run the test report.
