Ever seen this before

Just picked up this really nice and barely used Dig Dug and I mean it looks pretty pampered. Nicest atari cab I've seen. The marquee bulb wasn't working so I went to give it a look and there was something I haven't seen before . These cardboard looking inserts. Look like a stock accessory.
Anyone seen these before?

Pics for posterity. Cost me a whooping $100!

Nice to see a 40+ year old game in fine shape and youngsters having fun!
I have seen some of those in my machines. Never saw the need for them though as you have to turn most neon lights for them to slip out of the ballast end holders anyway.

Yeah they love it. My son said the other day, "hey daddy 60-1 machines kinda suck don't they. It's not as fun as just having one game on its own cabinent."

A tear welled up in my eye...he gets it.

Proud dad moment. 🙂
