I sure did. Saw one about 4 years ago sitting in the gameroom store of a guy who sold worn-out Pac-Man machines for $2000.
His business didn't last long (shock). He had a friend who worked nearby who defended his high prices by saying he reconditioned the machines.
I countered by pointing out two things:
1. Putting a cap kit in a Pac-Man doesn't turn it into a $2000 game.
2. I knew for a fact that he DIDN'T recondition them. If he did, his machines wouldn't have had wavy monitors, power supply issues, and ROM issues.
For these reasons and more, I didn't bother asking for a price for the Solar Fox mini. He certainly wouldn't have known it was rare, but he would've charged a fortune for it anyhow.
