Was supposed to get an order today. The tracking shows it is on the Fed Ex truck for delivery but it never came. It's almost 9pm. Anyone ever have that happen ? Guess it still could come but it's almost 9pm.

I would say it's possible that they didn't get to your delivery and will send it back out tomorrow. I have had that happen to me once.

Only time I had tracking numbers lie, it was fedex also

Yeah. I had a pachislo machine being delivered. Tracking number said on truck for delivery (fedex). It never came. That night it said there was a delivery exception(?). I checked the next morning it said "Damaged. Awaiting shippers orders." I called the guy I bought it from and he had no idea. Called me back and said they were sending it back to him because it was damaged. He was sending another machine out that day.

The next day the original was delivered to me! The delivery guy said that they thought it was broken because the tokens had become loose in the bottom of the box and they thought it was broken glass. When they opened it and saw the tokens they decided to deliver it. The guy who sold it to me had to put a freeze on the other one he had shipped out to me and have it returned to him. What a hassle......

I have seen this happen first hand twice!!! Recieved it the next day both times!! Fedex both times, one was a overnight package!!

i haven't had that happen but i've had it happen in the reverse - basically having the item still show in transit or leaving the drop off point at the same day it's delivered. but only with ups. i have yet to have an issue with fedex or usps.

It actually got here. The driver said he was working late tonight. He said he has been out until 11pm before. This is the latest I have ever gotten a package.

Happens to me periodically from FedEx. They claim they can't find my house. Especially fun when it happens the day after they dropped two packages off correctly.

Tracking

This happens to me about 1 out of 3 times with Fed Ex. I hate those guys. They always say they cant find my house or no one was home. BS. My address is pretty simple and I live on a numbered street. Also. they are supposed to leave a delivery failure card if no one is home. Never got one of those either. Never had this problem with UPS or USPS.
