Ever discover hidden traits on your games that you never saw before?

And by traits, I mean oversights. For example, I just realized my Tempest's CPO has the word 'LABIA' inscribed right below the spinner. Why? Your guess is as good as mine.

As you can see, its not noticeable unless the light hits it a certain way. I chuckled at first, but now I am debating whether or not to replace such an otherwise beautiful original CPO, because now I cant un-see it.

That graffiti is almost quaint, it must've been in a nice neighborhood. It would have had the C-bomb carved in it where I grew up.

That's called, "I'm 14, and I just learned a new `dirty' word. I gotta put it somewhere!"

Get a fine point point sharpie and trace the letters, but just on the inside of the cut. I did that on a couple of CPO's and it darkens the cut edge and helps hide it.

i would probably leave it, as it's part of the game's history, but it depends on how much it bugs you, i guess.

for example, i left a small piece of older CPO under my multi williams overlay because i was having a hard time get it off. well, it just happened that it goes under the part with a lot of yellow on the front, and now i can see an E from SEGA on it when i let the light in. my wife's like deal with it, but i see it now every time because i know it's there, so i've got a replacement on the way and i'm gonna take the time to fix it.

You might try using a bit of vasaline. Make sure that you gently slather the area and work in circular motion. Not too fast now. Make sure you lock the door so that nobody barges in on you.
