EspGaluda Ii Full Kit -- Cave Shmup

What the f*ck!? Espy II on KLOV!? When I see stuff like this I just picture the vast majority of the members not knowing what it is and thinking the price is outrageous. Wish I could afford stuff that nice in my pcb collection. Awesome game.

Yeah, a post like this from some random person who has NO feedback? Makes me nervous.

As for the fun? Shooter guys, that's what they are into. Impossible odds, and more so - playing the entire game from memory. Not sure why they think it's fun, but hey. We all have our favorite genres that are hard for others to understand.

One more thing, I'm not saying this is Japhei, but I wouldn't be surprised, either. Get the item before paying for sure. Japhei loves Cave games, and to see a stranger just waltz in here with no history or information about himself trying to sell something like this.... smells bad. Smells like Japhei.

I have had (and still have) several Cave titles. When I think of shooters I'm a twin cobra / defender / scramble / juno first, kinda guy....so when I play these I usually get smashed. There are alot of scoring mechanics and techniques to figure out and I just don't have the time or patience. When I see a good player, they make it look fun..but when I try its usually meh. ESPgaluda 2 falls in that category for me, but admittedly I suck at the game. Its kinda a shame the player doesnt get to enjoy the beautiful background art...their usually covered by bullets. Price point sounds about right for a full kit. The newer cave titles start over $2k and some shmuppers buy them full price. I prefer to let them depreciate to the 750-1k range if I "have" to have a game. I've ventured 4 times in this territory but sold them. Never quite felt comfy owning such high dollar pcbs sitting on the shelf.... of course I elected to spend $ restoring/fixing games, hindsight says I'd have gotten off cheaper going with cave ;)

If this new poster is actually legit, I suggest shipping first before sending payment. If this is Japhei/casey/caroles collectibles as some have suggested, then gtfo.

Tom
