It's a pinout chart that compares the most common EPROM types. Along the top it lists the EPROM type (ie 27512, 27256, etc) along with the number of address bits it uses, the decimal and hexadecimal address space size (which can be used to calculate address offsets), and then down the sides it shows the DIP pinout for each type. You can scan across the row and compare the functions of each pin without having to wade through a half-dozen datasheets! It also tells you what the programming voltage is for each type. Pretty slick!
 
It'll come in very handy, I'm always forgetting the hex values of the larger chips, and have to look them up. This way I can just post it on the wall.
