Need some help here, not sure what I am doing wrong.
I have a BP Microsystems programmer, CP-1128. I am trying to burn test eproms for Williams Sys6 so I am using 2716's. I am able to program and verify with no errors. This is where it gets weird...
When you run the test eprom I can get my board to flash both led's on and off no problem. what's strange is that when I check using my tester led only about half or a third of my outputs are working. Pins 2-7 on the pia are pulled low, 8 up seem to flash on and off.
Three different boards do the same thing that's why I think I got some weird eprom issue going on. Anyone know of any setting I should change/check on the programmer? Using the existing settings, I burn eproms with no problems for Bally boards
