I did it twice, I made an account for my wife so when she flashes "that look" at me, I can waive her's in the air and tell her I got a matching one for her too.
At least she can't say I wasn't be thoughtful of her.

Man, I can't wait till I get back home and get my badge!
Got mine today also. It's actually nicer than I expected. I think I'm going to use the Encom strap for my real badge at work.

I got mine in the mail today too! Man, I thought because it was free, it was going to be cheap. This is a high quality print that is laminated. The Encom logo lanyard and hologram are really cool too. They must really want this movie to do well to be investing in marketing material like this.

I'm in awe of the marketing effort surrounding this movie.
How many hobbies can lay claim to being catered to with a spoof vendor website? Or even a replica arcade just like the original from the movie?

Got home today after a fun time of throwing and evicted tenant's belongings out on the street only to find that now I'm a member of the ENCOM family as well. My wife asked me how much it cost, and when I told her it was free and how I got it she is now berating me as a nerd. She didn't mind when the Megatouch EVO showed up. It only took a week and I'm impressed with the quality of something free. I will see this in the theater because I am impressed with the time and money that is being put into the marketing.

mine came today, too. . Not gonna bother posting pics though - it looks just like the rest of em. I was really surprised. Got it hanging in my kitchen for when everybody comes over for our Friday night get together. I always try to leave them something out so they can call me a geek.

I just noticed that mine doesn't have the hologram on the front like all the others I saw in the post. I wonder why.

Got my badge yesterday too, and the look from the wife over it...
She asked me how much it cost too, and when I told her nothing, and started to explain the whole thing, she gave me that other look, you know the one, the "I don't really give two sh!ts about this, but I'm pretending to pay attention cause I love you" look (I know that look very well)

When I filled out my info, I did not have a picture handy, so I uploaded a picture of a hedgehog that we had on the computer.
Got an email back telling me they could not use that picture and that I needed a different picture...
