Anyone out in KLOV land have access to electroplating or a similar technology? I have several small parts that I would love to have dipped, as painting just won't be right. These parts are all from Nintendo over/under coin doors found in Punch out and Mario Bros wide body cabs. All of my parts are tarnished and/or rusted. There is some pitting, but that can be plated right over. Anyone? I have the parts all disassembled.

I needed some parts plated, searched rec.games.pinball and a lot of the pin guys use a guy named Mike Chestnut. I don't have his info right now, but search through RGP for his contact info and peoples' experience.

Here are some pics a guy posted of some stuff Mike plated for him:

Tried to find his contact info but that seems to be scarce. His name gets thrown around a lot, but not his actual email address.

I'll dig it up and send you a PM. He has a good rep at RGP and was quick to respond to my emails. The work was cheaper than I expected and looked perfect. Nothing like a freshly replated Stern coin door flap.
