So I got a Pole Position cab and a Electrohome G07 monitor.
Trouble is, the PP cab has a different power connector than the monitor.
I'm just worried about which way to hook the wires up, since I have to snip the connector off the monitor and hook up the one that goes to the PP cab.

Either I have been getting extremely lucky all these years, or they are interchangeable.

Why go to all the trouble of putting this together, when the 25+-yr-old monitor may die or have issues pretty soon from age. And dirt can cause heat issues to help hurry that demise.

You can change the molex while you replace the caps. Doesn't take long. I did a G07 cap kit, new VR, new HOT, new flyback, curl mod, and width coil replacement - and checked and repaired several cold solder areas - the other day for my Frogger. Took 32 minutes...

Well I plugged it in just to test a PP PCB... Looks like the monitor does not turn on the screen. I did not see any neck glow.

I heard a high pitched noise, but the screen never came on.

Wonder what that could be??
Just gonna start a new thread.
