Hey guys,
I'm restoring my centipede cocktail machine, and the monitor inside has a huge burn in.
It is a Electrohome GO7 FBO 13 inch. I've searched all over the web for info, but without luck I tried to create my own thread. Regarding this particular monitor there wasn't a lot info, here on the forums. I do not know which tv tube is capable of being swapped with mine.

the following is a chart I found which only tells that my tube style is CR28? http://www.junknet.net/donor-tvs

THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE

you may never find a tube of that size.

i would keep looking, but you may have to live with it,

look outside do you see them laying in piles everywhere, no.

i look everywhere i go and i have never seen one they are either 9" or 19" or larger not 13" from what i have found.

I find many 13" tubes, unfortunately they are almost always a CR23 pinout and occasionally a CR31. This means you can (relatively easily) retrofit a K7000 and a few other chassis but not your chassis. It does appear possible to modify the chassis to work with the different neck configuration but I have never tried to do so.

I got lucky and found a 13" tube with the correct H/V measurement for my K7000 so I didn't even have to swap the yoke. Talk about an easy upgrade?

I know a chap who's been looking forever for a 13" G07 tube... he even has an *in* with the TV recycling place in his area and still no luck.

Good luck in your hunt.

hmm, as in buying a whole new arcade monitor, a k7000...
never took in consideration, but thanks

you could but.

find a doner tube from a TV with a compatible yoke and swap into your frame with a K7000 chassis.

Yup — the 13" G07 tubes are going to be very difficult to come by. K7000 is your best bet, or maybe you can luck into a complete unburned G07 or earlier WG monitor without burn.

You might also be able to find a 13" universal chassis that would work with a newer 13" tube. There were a ton of 13" portable TV/VCR combos made in the 1990s which can be had cheaply.

Im getting confused, are you saying my best bet wOuld be to buy a k7000 chassis, and also find a donet tube for it, im not good with the termonolgies...
