Hello,
I am in the process of repairing a crane and spotted R7 on the power board looking a little crispy, everything other than the actual grab is working so I assume this is related to the 24V. Could someone let me know what i need to replace it with please?
Edit: It seems R7 is still functioning to some degree... I measured the voltage on the ribbon cable going to the motherboard and the 24V is reading as 32V, and 12V as 13V. Given that the main board is getting 32V, I'd have thought this would still send it to the claw?
Edit: Looks like Q1 (transistor - *removed from circuit) is a problem; Base → Emitter: No Reading, Base → Collector: No Reading, Collector → Emitter : 1.085 V, Emitter → Collector: No Reading
Edit: Replacing transistor did not help with the grabbing
Thanks,
Scott
