I bought one of these for my daughter. She is just shy of 2 years old, and was an addiction to throwing coins in my pin.
The Flintstones machine was (in my opinion) the best of the best out there. Fred spins around as an egg is released. His dialogue can be changed to say other things right out of the cartoon. The artwork is great. It boasts colorful art from the cartoon as well as side plexi containing other Hanna Barbara characters. The laminated sides are reminiscent of Bedrock. This machine was spendy, but given the condition, I think it was worth it.
I've already thrown on fresh T-molding since these pics.
Any other member have an egg machine in use at their home arcade?
Those who don't, I'd recommend grabbing one if you have young ones. They work pretty well for potty training (Eww!) and rewards when they do something right. Much like Pavlov's dog. We filled our eggs with stickers and typical cheesy prizes. She loves it. Hard thing to do, given square footage of most people's gamerooms I suppose.
