So I'm thinking about making a Karate Champ and I found a Bezel on the Bay for $16.00. I ask the seller for the outside dimensions. He replies back that it'll fit any 19" monitor. So I reply back that I know it will fit the monitor, but I want to make sure it will fit the cabinet. Then I get this reponce:

"its the only size every made its cardboard so you can cut it no problem "

Dude, grab a freaking yard stick and measure it. I replied back saying if it's to big of a job to measure it, he can lose the sell. His seller ID is bbu97159656tcy. Anyone dealt with this guy. Geez!

ya, thats bill burger. His replies are not the best at times. I have purchased form him many times with no problems.

It's hit or miss with him. He sells cheap (most of the time), but as you just learned, his customer service skills are definitely sub-par. I won't buy from him for that reason and I'm sure others feel the same. If you really want it though, it's basically a $16 gamble.

The only times I email him is to tell him I'm waiting on more auctions to end so I can combine the payment for all the auctions and get combined shipping.

He's been good to work with from that angle, but I know what I'm buying from him so I don't need extra service. (Dead boards for repair/resale)

Yeah, I skipped buying a working board from him since he's a tool. In fact, he's a doosh.

Hehe - filter that Klov Gestapo!

So, the guy is losing more sales than he knows. He should have took Marketing in school; there's an old saying - Lose 1 customer, lose 10.
