Wasn't there a place you could go to check out completed auction pricing for items, even if it was 6 months ago or longer?

Anyone know of anything like that?

On the left side of the listings, there should be additional criteria that you can search for. Check the box for completed items, or something to that effect, and it will bring up completed items. You may need to search for active listings first before the additional search criteria come up.

if you click on advanced search, there's a check box marked completed listings only- that'll take you to them. You have to be signed in though. And, iirc, the prices in green are the only ones that actually sold. i forget exactly what the red and black prices mean - one's didn't meet the reserve, and i think the other is no bids - but i could be mistaken about that.

To the first two responders:

I know that, but Completed Auction gives no results, and I'm sure something I've got has been sold there before...

To L_P:

Hmm.. That might be it...

To komodo:

Yeah, I remember someone (Maybe Frizz?) posted a website that tracked sales and trends of items so people could get some historical sales figures, but I never bookmarked it because I don't use Ebay....

There are a couple of subscription sites that track eBay for you, but they're not free.

RE: completed items- it seems like some catagories don't offer completed items, and it doesn't seem consistant either. I've signed in thinking that might be the problem, but some catagories don't seem to have the option to view past sales at all.

That sucks since it was the best way to gauge listing strategy.
