EBAY costumer support... WTF???!!!

I have this case running on ebay atm, and i want to hear if someone have experienced the same???

The "Unfortunately, we need a little more time to make a decision. Expect an email from us soon." i received on June 18 - and to be frank, _LITTLE_ and _SOON_ came and went IMO!

Is there a way to get their finger(s) out of their asses, so this can be resolved asap???

good luck and cound on them being in favor of the other party....thats the way ebay works anymore. I HATE THEM but have to use them to buy and sell just to live. Its a horrible world!
 
Same prob here. It's starting to pan out, 2 months later. Just keep dates written down,cc all emails, and reply promptly. It's a shitty process but stay positive
 
There is something that you can do that will get you talking to an actual eBay person and get results much faster. Go through PAYPAL!!! Call PayPal and get on the line with a rep. They will call eBay (while you are on the line) and you can talk to eBay through them. Also, PayPal will give you the phone number to an actual eBay person so you won't have to go through PayPal again. The number will most likely only be good for a month or so. What generally happens is a person gets a phone number and blasts it out to the world and that line will get swamped enough that eBay disconnects the line. PayPal (through their agreements with eBay) always has a complete, updated list of phone numbers.

eBay gives out their number on website, you need an access code, they will give it to you promptly and it expires within 15 minutes. But when i called it did not improve my personal situation. The guy i spoke with was dumb.

The biggest problem is that a different rep looks at your issue every week. So it's cruicial to point out details over and over and over. So each rep is aware of the issue(s)

By the way, you'll get your money back. I've had good experiences with them as a buyer.
 
Sorry to bring this up again, but is it still normal to have an unsolved case after 2 months? - how much more time do they need?????

Then......

28 mins and 49 seconds later.... - the 2nd guy i spoke to, told me that i will get a full refund within 48 hours...... fingers crossed!

I'm in the same shitty boat. Months down the road. I called and now have a buyer protection reps personal email. But he hasn't refunded me as promised. He's even promised me a refund by XX date, which has come and gone. Very disappointing
