Earthbound cartridge in perfect condition!

Fist of all, great game.

You know what blows my mind? Back in the day, when I worked for Best Buy, we couldn't GIVE these games away. Tons upon tons of those huge ass boxes just sat there on the shelf. Who'd guess it would be so sought after years later? Man....

Still, one of my favorite games of all time. What a great, original idea for an RPG. :)

Yeah I love the game, its definitely one of favorites. Why do you think the value of it has shot up so much?

Nothing with greed. Personally, with emulators and what not, I have no clue why this cart would get you so much today... but hey, if people are willing to pay it, more power to you.

Side note, I played the GBA version of Earthbound (Mother 3, the sequel to this) and it was AWESOME. Some parts were better than the original!

I remember buying my big box version from Toys R Us. I still have it today complete except for the cards. I loaned it to a buddy somehow the cards were missing when I got it back. Another reason why you can't be a nice guy don't loan your stuff.

My feelings exactly! I'll have to pick that up, how different is it from the SNES version?

Yeah I've learned that the hard way myself so I don't loan any of my games out.

cant the same be said for everyone here who owns original arcade machines?

Minus the ones that aren't emulated yet or use certain peripherals..... yes. Sorry, but it's true. Me, I like to honor the original game by having the original stuff. However, most don't.
