Where once I had many, I am now down to one Dynamo H-5. Does anyone know where I can find the CP wiring diagram for the original Dynamo wiring. I wrote down the colors prior to dismantling my CP, but have since lost them.

Thanks

I have a Dynamo, but I'm pretty sure the wiring is pretty hacked up in there. I can tell you what colors things are in mine if it'll help.

Sunoo, it sure couldn't hurt. Thanks!

I just need the CP wiring (up, down, left, right.....)

I don't know if JAMMA harnesses are color coded, but it will depend on how your cab was wired. What game/setup are you trying to wire it for?

You just need to wire your ground wire to all microswitches and then connect each corresponding button to each microswitch.

If you don't know which ones are which, just do process of elimination by connecting each button wire one at a time to one microswitch to see which control it is. Then just label that wire with a strip of tape for future reference.

For example, I have an HS-1 cab with SFII controls (2P, 6 buttons each). If I were to disconnect all the button wires, I could wire one at a time to the "Jab" button (top left button) to see what control it does. So I grab a random wire, hook it up to "Jab" and the character moves left, I connect that wire to that correct "move left" microswitch. Repeat for each wire.

Thanks, I just thought that Dynamo used the same button layout/wiring for all of their cabs so was hoping someone could shoot me what they had in theirs quick. Nothing like playing hit and miss with 12 buttons ;)

Understood. I just posted a manual that has schematics. I guess from my experience, most HS cab wiring harnesses are jacked up. Maybe it's just my luck. :)

Thanks! I was just being lazy. I figured I would give this a try, shake the tree a bit and proceed tomorrow.
