So here's the deal. I plan to buy my first NEW pinball very soon. Where do I buy from? I see multiple authorized distributors but which one should I buy from? I would hate to buy from a place only to have poor customer service.

Any recommendations?

I have bought at least 10 new pins from GameRoom Guys over that last 2-3 years ... great service. never had any issues.

You can also go to Google and type in their name and see what comes up.

I would also check Pinside.com for current info.

And think about what you want. Great price ? Great after the sale service ? These things can be all over the map.

Don't be afraid to call them and ask specific questions. Like after I get my game and something doesn't work, will you send someone to help me or blow me off to the manufacturers tech support ?

LTG : )

Betson Enterprises is the largest amusement game distributor and parts supplier. They have several branch offices all over the USA and have full showrooms where you can play the latest machines to see how you like them. Financing is available should you need it. They also have a parts department in each location where you walk right up to the counter and buy any parts you need right on the spot. They stand behind every product they sell and have an excellent service department.

Highly recommended. They have two locations in California. Here in Washington state, they have an office in the Seattle area as well as an office in Portland, Oregon.

You can find a vendor local to you, and hope they offer good local/on site support. Or you can also call someone as all the vendors can drop ship to your door.

I buy all my NIB from coin taker and get good pricing and service. However there are TONS of good vendors.

I use TILT for all mine purchases, Shop around first I think some of the ones listed above charge MSRP, you should not be paying list price for a new pinball.
