Dumb question.

I'm in the midst of a restore and am replacing the leg levelers, as they're old and rusted.

The manual calls for a pinball leveler.

My question is, does it really matter what leveler I use as long as it's 3/8?

I typically like these for the Teflon bottom.

Does it matter? Is one more "Heavy Duty" or required to be "Heavy Duty"?

No, it does not matter. As long as the threads are the same.

They can be the 'pinball style' (with the metal bottoms), or teflon, or rubber, there are many kinds, and many threads about them. Here's an Advanced Search for 'teflon', which finds many good threads:

And here's another set of search results for 'leg leveler*' in the title. (Where 'leveler*' will find 'leveler' and 'levelers', which the search does not do automatically, unless you use the wildcard operator.)

We also just had a related thread today that talked about mounting plates and casters:
