Dueling Games - Super Sprint much more popular than Galaga? (Likes)
I was working with social network buttons on the site today and added the 'count' features from Facebook and Twitter.
Then I discovered something interesting
Galaga: http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=7881
The Galaga Page has been 'liked' 0 times and tweeted about 0 times.
Super Sprint http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9952
Super Sprint on the other hand, has been liked by 49 people and tweeted 5 times.
Those are not the kind of ratios I would have expected.
How is your game doing?
Another thing... When I click on the # of tweets (ie: on Dragon's Lair, which says it was the subject of one tweet), it brings up a Twitter search results page which says that no matches for the page are found (even though it just told me there was one).
I don't tweet. Never have. Probably never will. So maybe someone can explain. Do tweets expire and disappear off the site in some way and yet still get counted? Or is it more of a public vs. private thing...and some of the tweets just aren't public (but are still counted)?
Thanks...
