I don't know exactly why I am posting this because I don't like Dragon's Lair but I was thinking of a couple of similar games that were console based. Brain Dead 13 was one of them. I think I had that on the PS1 at some point, not sure. There were also a couple that used live action video. Fahrenheit on the Sega CD and 32X seemed so real at the time but now it just seems like a Dragon's Lair style ripoff with firefighters.

Any thoughts on this or am I just confused?

Braindead 13 is in the same vein as dragon's lair, but most of the FMV games were a little more in depth, more akin to Mach 3 then DL.

Anyone else waste their hard-earned paper route money on a wannabe laserdisc home system that used your VCR?

Action Max! Hey, it sorta looks like that Firefox and Mach 3 game, but only it sucks!

Thankfully it has a red beacon to draw attention to the fact that you suck.

aww beat me to it! I guess instead I'll say Night Trap...it's horrible with you flipping cameras and setting off traps to save people at the right time
