I picked it up yesterday and I can't get past the robot knight

I figure it takes the perfect timing, but on the 6th move it shocks me every time. Will keep trying.

God, now I remember why this game pissed me off so much in the arcade. It's such a piece of crap gameplay wise. Thank God for the "home" version so I could just keep doing it over and over until I happened to anticipate it just right. I finally finished it after 30 minutes. Worth the $5 to me to see how this game ended after all of these years..even if I had to "cheat" to do it.
