Anyone have any advice on the following?

My DL when powered on only the Spectator monitor on top of the game (Commodore) would come on. The G07 would was just black, no image. I removed the NTSC board and found the black wire that goes to the BNC had broken off.

I thought, no biggie and soldered it onto the post of the BNC. I fired the game up and still nothing.

Anyone know where I am going wrong? Appreciate any help...

Re: Dragon's Lair G07 NTSC Issue....

Since the top monitor is showing a picture, the problem is local to the game monitor. Obvious first steps are make sure the power connections are working both to the monitor and the NTSC card (NTSC card is powered from the monitor chassis). Check to make sure you're getting a video signal to the NTSC card. To localize things, put another RGB signal to the G07 and/or run the RGB from the NTSC card to another monitor. Start there and see what happens.

Been working with Shaun Woods trying to get my DL back up and running. Problem seems to be with my NTSC board, anyone have a working one for sale?

Thanks,

Good Man....

Shaun Wood is a great guy who will help you till the end. I can't recommend anyone better to help with any DL/laserdisc issues.

Fixed thanks to Shaun Wood for all his help. Turned out to be the BNC cable. Shaun is a fantastic guy always willing to help, really appreciate it!

Thanks Braido!

I'm glad we were able to figure that one out.
Dragon's Lair is my game, and I'm always happy to help people keep their game running.
