What's the deal with the outlanes on Bram Stoker's Dracula? Are there some little tractor beams hidden in the cab that pull the balls directly into the outlanes?

Never played BSD but I will say for a game like Whirlwind - seems like anytime the ball starts bouncing between the slingshots I have a 90% chance the freaking ball will be getting thrown to a drain even with the posts fully adjusted OUT.

If you're finding it too hard/frustrating, move the outlane posts a notch tighter. Unless they're already at their tightest...then you just have to play better :)

Only thing I can do different is nudge the fuck out of the table when it starts to ball swap between slings. Yes - posts are already fully adjusted out. anyways sorry for the hijack Fatsquatch back to your small balls - errrr I mean BSD drain complaint.

There are no drop targets :p Just standup targets, no wonder your struggling :p

I find that coffin RH ramp a real bitch to make consistently, I can hit the LH ramp all day long :)

haha i meant the stand up targets. There is a drop target way at the top that blocks of the video mode spot.

Man, i can hit the drop targets and the ball will bounce off them, hit the slingshots and go straight down the outlanes.

Rule no. 1 is never shoot the standups on that game, ever. Drain city. You can light castle locks with repeated castle ramp shots as well as pick up other goodies on the way, like mist, bats, etc.

The other thing is being able to bounce pass and drop catch are very important on that game. If I recall correctly it's difficult or impossible to post pass and there's no safe feed to the right flipper for the castle ramp shot, except a castle ramp shot. And as you know, when you get lucky and light castle lock, it's only lit for a little while. Waiting to get lucky and hoping the ball will go to the right flip is a recipe for frustration.

I parked myself in front of that game and played maybe 50 in a row just to learn those dumb ramps. But after around two weeks of solid play I was starting to put up scores in the billion range.

Neil Shatz has the high score at 9.98 Billion.
