I was having trouble locating the correct rubber mat for my Sea Wolf step, and DP Louie offered to send me some, left over from his outstanding Sea Wolf restoration, for only the cost of postage.
Very much appreciated and saved me from having to re-use the grungy old mat from 1976.

Thanks Greg!

I guess Greg doesn't read this section :D

What's proper procedure here? PM the guy and let him know I left positive feedback about him? Just let him discover it on his own in a few years when searching? Just let everyone else read it and know that I had a positive experience?

Maybe he'll be drawn in by photos?

Thanks again Greg!

Go to his profile and click more or an arrow next to Statistics etc. and select User Feedback, click view full profile, and select leave feedback. It'll go on his profile and he'll automatically get a PM.

Thanks, I know how THAT feedback works. I wanted to give him a more public thanks and feedback since most people don't see the itrader rating.

You're right, I don't read this section! Actually I saw my name and thought, "hey, that's me!" :D Thanks man for the positive feedback - your Sea Wolf looks great! The step looks very nice. It's amazing just how much simple things like this can really improve the appearance of a cab. Nice job.

Glad I could help out a fellow SW owner, and my wife and I may be moving to the Boise area one of these days, so I gotta take care of the Idaho peeps. ;)

The new rubber mat on the step made a huge difference. I also sandblasted and painted the coindoor and the hand grips on the periscope. That's really all the cosmetic work I did other than cleaning. Most of the work went into the electronics. I did some work to the boards, replaced the edge connectors, recapped the monitor, etc.

Boise is a really nice place. It would be great to have another collector here.

Thanks again.

Dan

Great to hear the game looks great and that's a great looking dog you have there I miss my German Shepard she was the best dog.

Thanks. I have 2 long haired German Shepherds and I love them. They are definitely the best dogs. They love to hang out in the garage while I work on the latest project.

They love to be with you. Mine went everywhere I went she was like my shadow. They are loyal and have to be with their family. Other then the hair and having to vacuum everyday they are the perfect dog. Great with kids and I have to say a great way to keep people from breaking into your house. You would have to be crazy to break into a German shepherds home lol

WOW, That SW looks great. I have been on the look for one for some time without success.

Thanks, but if you want to see a REALLY great looking SW, check out DP Louie's restore thread. He went all out on his.

Sea Wolf games can be hard to find. Luckily, ArcRevival hooked me up with this one, so I didn't have to look very hard.
