Got the recent DD duo I picked up from fellow KLOV'er TruArcade last weekend all cleaned up, fixed up, and ready to add to the collection. They're ready for many more years of enjoyment. Just wanted to share. Both machines received...

-) New T-Molding
-) New Buttons/Switches/Sticks
-) Full Cleaning Inside and Out
-) New Power Supply
-) Full Monitor Rebuild
-) New Locks
-) DDII New Monitor Glass
-) DDII Masked Off The Side Art, Cleaned It, And Painted the Cabinet

Love it - love it - love it. I want a DD2 next to my DD. It will probably never happen because space is a new premium for me... but that's okay. :)

Wow. Both of these take me back to my childhood seeing these at the entrances of the local mall. These bay boys and POW were both the ones i really liked watching the attract modes - pretending i was playing them!!

These are both 19", isnt the hs5 cab a bit new for that title? (Is it an hs2?)

Well done overall, need more side art like the ddII in my life.

That's great. I will own a DD2 at some point, it's important that I get more free play from that game after the tons of money I dumped into it at the arcades trying to beat it. :D

Did you ever look behind the pull out drawer of your DD to see if you cab is made from other cabs like mine was?

I have a DD3 board I use in my DD cab on occasion. It wasn't a good game but a true DD fan should have it anyway. I can't wait to see you get a DD3 cab to put next to your set.

Actually pretty sure DD3 was not dedicated so it would probably never happen... :)

Sorry. Been busy recently. Today I capped the monitor in the DD and replaced the power supply. Believe it or not, it was the original supply and it was still working, but I wanted to change it because I always install new supplies when I get new cabs. Anyway, I do indeed have scraps from other cabinets in there...

Green part of the scrap looks maybe like Operation Wolf?

I see 4 different games in there. Most of mine ended up being from pinball games.

I'm actually giving you the finger right now.

this was a pretty sick haul. I can't remember what else you got.
