A big thanks to OregonArcade here on KLOV for letting me come down and get some good Pantone color matches to his new DOT.
There were a few requests about getting this art printed and I dont usally offer up Solvent inkjets with a few exceptions and DOT fits that bill since its unlikley sideart for this size will ever be silkscreened.
All the colors here are nice base Pantones and I can get great matches on pure Blacks, cyans, and Magentas.
The file from AAL needed alot of work in alot of small details and imperfections of the vecotors and in colors which is always the biggest problem since not all printers/color profiles will output the same heres a compasion AAL on the Left and my ColorCorrected version on the right. Which is proof why you cant go by onscreen colors.
Actual Print
I just added these to the site they are Solvent inkjet on a new type of 3m vinyl
its a matt finish 3.5mil with new air release channels for a bubble free application
and has great hiding and covering.
