What should I do from here. Sell the damn board so I don't have to worry about it anymore?Ok cool. Thx for the pics.
So I'm guessing that other board in the cab works just fine?

Yeah there goes another couple hundred bucksWell your right. It's gotta be the adapter or a board issue. If you don't have jamma test right you may have to send the board out for repair.
I'm going to get rid of it it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to send out to fix and I don't have the tools to fix it myself.Yea, this sounds like an issue isolated to just the board stack. Frustrating that you just saw it working once. But things can break at even given moment.
Might as well check to see if you are getting 5V on the board. Not going to tell you much but can't hurt to know if you are at least getting 5V at the board.
Also doesn't hurt to reseat socketed chips and check for leg corrosion.
I had another Tkg3 board tested good, do the SAME THING. Why??? Is the mikes arcade pinout different than the tkg4? Why does tkg4 work and the other not???? TWO (tested good I might add) Tkg3 boards non working. I was frustrated now I'm a little pissed off. I'm 100% sure I wired my harnesses correctly.Yea, this sounds like an issue isolated to just the board stack. Frustrating that you just saw it working once. But things can break at even given moment. Doesn't necessarily matter that it was just working 5 minutes ago.

This was the STUPIDEST issue ever. I figured it out by licking the connector (stupid I know but hey, it worked on my Nintendo DS years ago…) and i got some red color… I told Mike from mikes arcade and we called and thought to tin the connectors… and voila!GOT IT WORKING! Added some tin to the edge connector View attachment 797967
Sounds like the pins on the harness need replacing since they're no longer tight. This was the STUPIDEST issue ever. The edge connectors are basically brand new.Careful about having the card edge being that thick, that will damage the pins in your edge connectors.
they're brand new mikes arcade ones. I don't know. I think I give up for now, I know the issue, Mike knows the issue, I will just buy a pin harness and be DONE. LmaoSounds like the pins on the harness need replacing since they're no longer tight.
