Hi guys. I'm new to posting here but I've been lurking around for many years now. Finally decided it's time for me to try out a restoration. Picked up a DK jr cab last weekend that is in pretty good shape already. Looks like its has a bit of water damage on the bottom and the sides are swelled up a bit and exposed past the t-molding.

So far all I've really done is pull off the toe kick. Had some extra maple laying around so got the new one built out of that and painted up. Gonna put one more coat and that should be ready to go on soon.

The cabinet looks decent.. I think most people probably wouldn't bother with redoing it but I'm not most people :) Trying to get this thing as close to mint as I can. This week I'm gonna start prep work and get it ready for primer/ paint by this weekend. I'll try to get a better camera for the next round of updates. I just wanted to go ahead and get a post going for tonight.

Thanks for looking..Hopefully I'll have some more pictures (better quality) and some progress to show soon!
