****Price dropped to $250****
Selling a DK Jr. project cab in Grand Rapids, MI. Cab is complete, but will need some work to be fully operational. This had been converted into a Renegade, and I've been slowly converting it back but have lost interest (and am content with just turning my DK cab into a double DK if necessary).
The good:
New reproduction control panel, screws, stickers, short joystick, original blue buttons, reproduction orange button. Original marquee and bezel.
Have a new in box Dokert wiring harness that will need to be installed
New TrueFlat T-Molding (I have enough for the control panel, the control panel needs to be dremeled as the T-Molding is a touch too wide)
Monitor mounted in the correct position with new hardware purchased from Mike's Arcade.
The (potentially) bad:
The monitor may or may not work. Renegade played blind when I turned it on, and the original (non-arcade techie) owner said "sometimes the monitor works, sometimes it doesn't". Haven't investigated. The monitor display is very clean with no burn whatsoever.
The board plays scrambled when placed in my DK cab. I will include an extra set of ROMs. The socket of one of the ROMs on the board looks a bit corroded so that may be the cause? Board otherwise looks good, and does not have the metal mount - it's the two boards with the plastic spacers.
A little rough on the bottom side edges. Would need to re-create the bottom black mount as I'm assuming the original owner removed that so his kids could easily play. Bottom of the cab is in decent shape, not all torn up from removal.
Thanks!
