Here's hoping Karl gets a resounding victory. Truly a waste of resources for both sides. Fingers crossed Karl is awarded full costs.

Judgement against Karl Jobst is over $400K AUD.
Ultimately it's important to remember Billy Mitchell's high scores weren't the issue in this trial, Billy did cheat no matter how tries to spin it, it was on Karl implying that Billy drove Apollo Legend to kill himself. He opportunities to correct the statement that Apollo owed Mitchell a large amount of money and didn't repeatedly. The Karl's retraction statement was 45 seconds inside of a half hour video. Combine that with Australia defamation laws being extremely plaintiff friendly and this outcome was always kinda likely.
I guess Billy Mitchell is done suing people now, I don't know of any other lawsuits he has in the pipe. Unless someone calls him a cheater to his face the next time he shows up at SFGE or something.
