Hello! I appreciated your help...

I'm trying to restore a somewhat hacked up Donkey Kong control panel harness. (I assume it was converted at some point in its life, then converted back to a DK).

I have just about everything I need (including a non-hacked harness). The only part(s) I am missing is the male connector and/or pins for the 8-pin side of the control panel. See attached photos.

What do I need to complete the connection and where can I get it? I found a couple of parts at Mike's Arcade, but I'm not sure if the connector is an exact match:

Thank you in advance!

Those are the pins you need but you will need a 9 circuit housing.
You can get everything from Mouser.

They don't make exactly those original connectors anymore but these work just fine. I have used them.
You could use the 10 circuit one from mikes but you would need to cut it down to fit.
Make sure you get the right crimpers for that type of connector or they won't hold securely.

You are really replacing the entire housing and pins, since there are no exact matches to the DK connectors or pins. There is no extractor that I know of, just cut off the wires, one at a time, crimp a new pin and move it to the new housing.

But there are ones that work in the original housings.
I have replaced single pins on original housings.
I can't see replacing the housing for a couple pins.
Are they perfect no but they work. It's not like you are taking the harness apart very often.
I believe I used a paper clip or something similar and worked out the old pin.
