The h hold doesnt seem to help much. What is this other pot on the chassis, between the h hold and the b+.

fixed it
It works! I installed a full cap kit on the chassis and audio board, new flyback, b+ filter cap, new b+ pot and bammo! Im pretty proud of myself since this was my first monitor repair.
