Donkey Kong Cocktail Glass

....................................Yupp. I work there so i know how to cut it. The machine itself won't cut the edges though, just the glass itself. I'll use a glass cutting tool for the edges.

Tempered glass can not be cut. Cut to size, round the corners, grind the edges and then temper. I doubt Lowes can temper glass at there stores.

Actually you could cut the corners in a bevelling machine and cut it if you anneal it... but i was wrong and we dont have tempered glass, as a co-woker told me we did. And i doubt id want to go through all that. So ill have to do some looking and once i find a good place i'll post where on here.

If you can get good measurements from an existing one I used onedayglass.com for my Galaga cocktail:

Shape: Rounded Corners
Glass Type: Tempered
Glass Thickness: 1/4"
Glass Tint: Clear
Edgework (Step 1): Pencil Grind Satin Finish
Edgework (Step 2): 1, 2, 3, 4
Rounded Corners: 1, 2, 3, 4
Option: No Tong Marks Width: 22"
Height: 32"
Radius: 3 3/8"

$43.80

Shipping was I think 20-30 bucks... I plan on doing the same thing with my DK cocktail.

Good to know, I just may have to do this one of these days. Gotta resolve the video and sound issues first.
