Donkey Kong Cocktail (DKII), Asteroids (HSS Kit), Super Orbit Pinball & More (in SC)

Not going to make a big deal out of this, but I will probably have to get rid of all of my small collection. I may be making a multi-state move without a long time girlfriend. I love these machines, but I need the money more. They have been well taken care of, and what I don't sell I'll try and take with me.

Donkey Kong Cocktail. I know it's "the cocktail" but it's still very enjoyable. It was my first machine.

-repainted
-Monitor and sound amp recapped entirely- even the filter cap
-original power supply entirely recapped
-CPU, CLK, and VID board recapped... i didn't recap the sound board as it looks like it was recapped in the past
-working and complete coin mech and coin box with new lock (and cool keychain)
-DKII and HS Save Kit Installed (had to replace z80 with a socket version)
-Replaced P2 joystick with original one

Everything on this machine works as it should. Monitor has no burn in- it's crisp and vibrant. It's very clean and gameroom ready. I'll also throw in a spare Sanyo chassis for parts, and some extra joystick rebuild parts. Has slight video glitch since I've owned it. Click HERE to see it. Does not effect gameplay and most people won't notice it. Asking $325 OBO.

Next on the block. My Asteroids.

-Installed HS Score Kit
-PCB swapped with a repaired one from forum member mrbill08
-New Big Blue and power supply fuses.
-Monitor recapped- filter caps also replaced- 4 transistors replaced via Bob Roberts Cap kit
-AR board recapped with new transistor too
-Coin Door Repainted, and fully working, bulbs replaced with LED's, with keychain and all new locks.
-4 brand new leg levelers
-new marquee bulb and new starter
-beautiful original control panel
-side art in good shape, with clear coat, some areas touched up with black paint
-repaired and repainted kick panel and corner.
-new T-molding

Monitor has very light burn-in from Asteroids. You won't notice it when monitor is on. Other than some small issues with the artwork, this machine is in awesome shape. It's played often and works 100%. Asking $300 OBO

Super Orbit Pinball. It's been cleaned up, but it's not up to my gameroom standards yet. There's backbox issues, although the proper mods have been made in the past. It's complete but not restored. Rubbers and playfield are clean. Bought the replacement Rottendog PS board but still cant get it to play. All lights work and attract mode comes up. But scores won't show and I can't get it to coin up. Backglass is flaking. $110 as is. Power Supply board is brand new and costs $60 alone. Pictures Attached in post.

Partially Empty 60-in-1 cab. But with custom artwork. I was going to drop a 60-in-1 in this puppy, but I found out that don't have the time now. The artwork has been painted entirely and save some slight edging and touch-ups it's 98% done. The pictures attached do not reflect it's current state, but reflect it's overall design. I designed the artwork and hand painted it myself- so it's one of a kind. The kick panel and interior all have been painted so you don't need to worry about them. I'm asking $60 BUT I'm throwing in a working and recapped k4600 with burn-in. I will also throw in a cleaned up and painted Atari PS with a brand new Bob Roberts Big blue, new joystick and 3 new micro buttons. I also have the control panel, and will throw it in too- but it's not been cleaned. I also have 2 new leg levelers, a repainted coin door, marquee parts. I can take a few new ones if you need it.

Anyway I hate to be selling this stuff. Maybe not the pinball, because it's an evil system 80. I don't want to do this but I have to, and I'm trying to preemptively do it before I have no place to store it. PM me for my phone number. I live in northern SC in York county. It's 45 minutes south of Charlotte, NC. Thanks for looking. I'm open to all offers and will take any additional pictures you may need.

The DK looks like a pretty good price, given the work you put into it. I paid $400 for my cocktail, and although it was in pretty good shape, it could use a capkit, and I added the D2K kit, a coin mech and a coin door lock, so I have about $500 into it.

It's official, the GF and I are parting ways. I'll be transplanting back to the St. Louis area around the 7th. If they're not gone by the time I leave, they're coming with me. If you don't like my prices make an offer. I don't have the time or the heart to part them out... and I also don't have the time to drive several hours to deliver them- I'm only saying because I've been asked.

sorry to hear about all this . I think you should keep the dk cocktail , it shouldn't be that hard to take with you .

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah... if anything stays with me it'll be that one. I didn't know if I'd get a truck big enough to accommodate the bigger machines, but I may get some money that will enable me to do so. But if I don't get any money, I'd like to get some money from these. It isn't so much about not having room, than it is not having money to rent a big enough truck. Although it's a girlfriend, it's more like a divorce- it's been almost 5 years.

Sorry to hear about the breakup and a fellow KLOV'er leaving the state as well.

Your 60-in-1 cab with monitor and parts would be right up my alley as I am looking for another project cab to multi and put in my apartment. Unfortunately all I can transport are cocktails at the moment due to lack of a truck and or similar vehicle :(

I'll be willing to sell the Super Orbit Pinball locally for $60 to a KLOV'er. I will not be including the Rottendog Power Supply, but it will include the original. This is a complete machine. It currently isn't working, although it was in the recent past briefly. I'm pretty certain the problem is in the backbox. The new PS didn't fix the problem. Also, the backglass is flaking and while the machine has been cleaned it has had mice in it in the past.

$100 gets the game with the new PS.
$60 gets just the game.

This is a great deal. Please no requests for shipping the machines. I don't have the time or experience to pack these properly... let alone the materials.

I work most of the day, but when I get home I'll answer in the order I receive the PM's. My phone number is eight zero three, six two eight, eight nine two one. If you leave me a message today I can get back to you when I get a free minute at work.

It's pretty important that I get rid of this, as it's a huge non-working space hog. If you're a typical KLOV'er and $60 is still too much, then I can entertain offers. But the first $60 commitment gets it. This NEEDS to be gone this week, no exceptions.
