Does anyone make the Donkey kong cabaret marquee sticker? As you can see mine is in Rough shape and isn't going to pass as a keeper when I restore the game. Other than wood grain laminate (which I can get) this is one of the only other major parts I need. That is unless someone makes brown flat Nintendo style T molding. But white might not look that bad on the cabinet.

I have one in good shape, but no scanner. Sorry.

I see they added L-brackets to the inside top of yours. Not a bad idea `cause the top can come loose pretty easily, I think. You'll need the original joystick / buttons, plus the sticker to finish it off...

Yeah a four way Nintendo joystick shouldn't be that hard to come across. As for the top I will Probably figure out a way to re-glue the thing in place maybe some wood rods or briskets to reattach it.

if you would rather restore a slightly dinged up dkjr cab, let me know., I would trade ya. I would love another mini to sit next to my space invaders, and Mrs ShotTheFood would rather have a smaller nintendo cab.

I might be able to just Print it out that's assuming my printer can print something that long on a continues sheet. As far as getting rid of it I may just keep it a wile I have been trying to get a mini cabinet for years and finally came across this one.

prok, rikitiki or someone here on the board should be able to print it up real nice for you, if it is too big for your printer.

maybe other KLOVers need or want one too.

good luck with the restore. can you please post some pics of the inside of the cab, I am curious how the stuff is laid out inside.

Actually I would love to get some pictures of the inside of one if any one has one, the wiring in mine is a mess. I can post some pictures of mine once I get back home.

I sent an email to T-molding.com they said they can get brown T-molding but it wouldn't be the Nintendo flat style. It would look more like traditional T-molding but I would have to buy a 250ft roll. I don't think that's worth it, it would be easier just to buy flat Nintendo whit and spray paint it brown.

I could screen these pretty easy 2color and not very large.
can somebody verify the size of this decal?

Color matching would be difficult as from the looks of it most of them will be faded
to some degree.
Red inks are the first to go which includes brown since its mixed with
the same red pigment.

Maybe matching colors to the control panel might be a better bet??

If nobody else has taken a measurement yet, I think my sticker is all there so I could take the measurement. I would wonder about matching the control panel color as well. I've only seen faded colors on any cabaret sticker unfortunately.

yeah it was something with the inks they used on that vinyl
kinda like printing something on your home printer after a while youll get the same results.

but from the pics Ive seen its hard to tell either way the left side of this cpo looks orange
and the right Red are they both or one or the other??
I would imagine they were orginally close to one another.

It is definitely all orange on the CP.

As for the sticker measurements I got, 12 1/2" X 6 1/4"

I just noticed mine has a lot missing on the sides so my length is wrong but the 6 1/4" width should be right.

I totally want one, here is the copyright text, how well does it match up? The vector one I found was way off.

Here is a shot of the vector file with my original, and Pretendo font above it.

Any way I can see a close-up of the copyright?

I just sent Phet an NOS control panel overlay and front decal a few weeks back.
I was unaware of this thread or I would have helped out.

I do have another NOS decal but no other control panel overlays.

Wow! A scan of an original would be much better than the one on VectorLib. Phet doesn't share any of his artwork anymore. :(
