Dave, want to thanks you again for bringing my Robotron Mini back to complete working order. When I got the machine it was all hacked up. I yanked the switcher. It now has a nice board set, and a rebuilt PS, rebuilt transformer block, and a Brand New Special Order Robotron Mini Harness. Thanks to Dokert!!!! I had a Ur harness in it while I was waiting for the new one. It worked fine but there was no connections for the marquee or bezel lights.

So last night after installing the new Robotron Mini Harness. this is what I saw for the first time, full lights. OHHHHHHHH YEA!!!

Dokert your harness quality is just plain awesome!! Thanks again:D

You did it Dave!!! It is operating so sweet. I adjusted the 5v from 5.15 down to 5.01v, with the added adjustment pot you put on the PS you rebuilt. The PS is awesome. Look for some pics before and after of the PS. in a few minutes!!!:D

I am looking forward to the day that mine is ready for one of those harnesses.

You have way more work to do, than I did. My cab was in good shape. I have seen your pictures, Im glad someone with your abilities got that, I know it will be sweet when you get done:D

Special thanks to BaconSM for the pictures of harness. I got mine new harness in, and close to what you pictures showed.

I'm not sure why this is mounted this way (see below). Okay, I see now. It's a cabaret. Typically, the mounting board is rotated 90 degrees to the left.

If you're going to keep it this way, you either need to do a Lithium battery upgrade or replace the batteries religiously. if they ever leak, gravity is going to take the acid right down through your board.

Even were they on the bottom, the acid can climb the circuit paths to your other parts, but it takes a lot longer...

Hey Mod, yea when I started all the wires were everywhere. Like a Nuke went off in there. I really did not know how to route them between boards. I Pmed user BaconSm (Sean) He just bought a brand new one of these. Im so jealous Sean.

Anyway he was kind enough to send me some pics of wire routing. I know mine isnt perfect but it is close.

I have done the battery mod on some other williams boards, works great. I think I want to keep this one original. I will change batteries frequently, Whats good after 6mo with good batteries?

Here is the Pic Sean sent, Im close.:D
