That is definitely not from an EM game. Arcade 1up would be in the emulation/multi game.

The picture shown is a complete assembly. What are you trying to replace or repair.

Sorry, for putting it here, first time, last time...learning..
Got a rampage arcade1up that has defender as one of its games.
I'm replacing the console from a rampage game with 3 players to a Defender with 1 player.
So , I acquired a defender console, but i don't want to unsolder terminal that apear to also have glue on them as well
I guess its to maintain quality ,unlike switches that made news lately. Thanks

Again I'm Sorry for posting in wrong forum, don't know how to remove without de-soldering, but always willing to learn.
Don't want to break it. thinking is this was an oddities subject.

Pull the white connector off of the board and then push the yellow relief and remove.

Easy , now with tie wraps removed, no more tangling, thank you very much...
Also noticed upon removing the 1 knob that's being transferred over, there is some sort of glue or epoxy that was used along the outer edges of the square metal mounting plate,
That's used there just to make sure it doesn't loosen up later ,,quality Job... will re-epoxy it onto new console the same way.. thanks rod90
