These are images from an OutRun.
There's really no white and lots of green.
I've done a cap kit on the monitor. Do you think it needs rejunenated?
Or do you think that there's something wrong with the chassis?
Like a cold solder someplace, bad connector? etc

Maybe. What monitor is it. Have you adjusted all the color pots, and brightness/contrast?

Looks like your red gun is weak or your drive transistor on neck board needs to be check.
If everything checks out, rejuve your red gun.

I concur with checking the drive transistor, however, I think the green circuit is the problem, not the red.

I agree with Wunder. too much Green turn all drive pots into middle setting then recheck. If its still green then check the drive pots for cold solder joints and reflow solder. then I would check tube with Tester.

I've adjusted the heck out of everything, just can't get it any better.

And by that you mean all the color pots on the neckboard also right?
Turn green drive down, red drive up, blue bias up. (and usually a lot of in between tweaking too)
If any of the pots seem to do "nothing", check the pots themselves. If turning the green drive and green bias down doesn't tone the green down then pull the green drive transistor and see if it's still green then. The drive pots should make a big change, the bias pots a bit smaller of a change.

Rejuving may definitely help a weak color gun, but can also totally kill it too. So all the adjusting possible should be double checked first.

This. Stupid 10 character limit.
