I was at Harbor Freight on Thursday night.
When I got to the register the lady asked "Got a project tonight?" and I said yeah.
She asked what it was, when I said arcade game she flipped... she said "You mean you can have PAC MAN in your house?" I said yep...
she said "Well, it must be expensive... like $100-150"
to which I though... I wish.

I always need to toss in the line, "I pick them up as junkers for almost nothing and fix them myself". Especially when it's a technician/exterminator/installer/whatever that's gonna hand me a bill by the end of the conversation. Which is true. I couldn't afford to do this if I didn't get the junker machines for cheap and put in the elbow grease myself.
I'm 37 years old and I hate when adults say "your still a little kid" or your" hobby is a waste of time or money".
